Delivery within Greece
Orders are delivered by courier. If you placed your order using a registered account, you will receive an email on the day it is dispatched with the shipping details and parcel tracking number (voucher), so you can track your shipment at any time. Deliveries take place throughout the day, from 09:00 to 18:00. Cash on delivery is not available for bulky or oversized products.
Collection from the shop
All products can be collected from the shop free of charge. Please do not come to the shop until we have sent you an SMS confirming that your order is ready.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over €59. For orders below €59, shipping starts at €3.00 throughout Greece. For products charged according to their shipping volume, the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout after you select your region. Any additional charge is added to the total and itemised at checkout. As an indication, the charge for bulky products is €15.
Order processing time
Processing time is the time needed to prepare, pack and invoice an order so it is ready for dispatch. Average processing time is 1–2 working days if all products are available at the shop handling the order, or 2–4 working days otherwise. These times may increase depending on order volumes and carrier delays. As a guide, orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays during normal trading periods are prepared and dispatched the same day.
Carrier delivery times
Courier deliveries, measured from the dispatch date: • Mainland Greece: 1–2 working days. • Greek islands and hard-to-reach destinations: 2–4 working days. Freight-company deliveries, measured from the dispatch date: • Mainland Greece: 2–5 working days. • Greek islands and hard-to-reach destinations: 5–10 working days.
Estimated delivery date
The estimated delivery time combines order processing time and the carrier’s delivery time. It is calculated automatically and is not binding.
Order delays
Your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons: The supplier has delayed sending a product. To offer variety and competitive prices, we order from a wide range of Greek and overseas suppliers. An order may be delayed in customs or in transit. In these cases, we will contact you to ask whether you would like the rest of the order delivered without that item, or with an alternative we suggest. The delayed item will be sent as soon as it reaches our warehouse. The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available. Suppliers sometimes withdraw products without notice. A member of our team will contact you to discuss alternatives. Extreme weather, strikes or other force-majeure events may affect normal transport and delivery. Peak periods, such as Christmas, Easter and Carnival, may cause delays. We may be unable to contact you by telephone or email to resolve a problem with your order or payment, for example because the contact details you entered are not up to date. The charges above include VAT at 24%.
