Payment at the shop
You can pay at the shop if you have chosen to collect your order there. Please arrange this with the shop in advance.
Cash on delivery
When your ordered products arrive, you pay the amount due to the courier. Cash on delivery is not available for bulky or oversized products, such as a tent. Cash on delivery carries an additional €1.50 charge, which is the courier’s payment-handling fee. Cash on delivery is not available for purchases over €500. These transactions must be paid by bank deposit or transfer, credit or debit card, or Viva Wallet.
Bank deposit
The source policy provides for payment by bank deposit to the account below. Please enter only your order number in the payment reference or comments. Bank: Piraeus Bank. IBAN and account holder: the source page contains unfilled placeholders, not usable payment details. Contact the shop for confirmed bank details before making any transfer.
Debit or credit card
Card payments are made through Piraeus Bank’s online banking system. All prices displayed in the shop include VAT.
